摘要
微弧氧化是镁合金表面处理的一种新方法,微弧氧化电源是这种方法的决定性因素之一,功率模块IGBT的触发是电源的核心。传统的触发模块有EXB841,M57959L,由于二者适用范围,及电性能的要求使其不适合触发大功率IGBT,所以我们选用了大功率触发模块2SD315A。文章介绍了在镁合金表面进行微弧氧化的电源原理及2SD315A在电源中的应用。
Microarc oxidation is a new method that disposes of the surface of magmesium,and the power supply of microarc oxidation is one of the key factors of this method.The drive for power module IG-BT is the core of this power supply.Traditionally,we usually use EXB841 and/M57959L module,but they are not suitable for driving large power IGBT because of their limitation in application and electric perfor-mance parameter,thus we adopt 2SD315A as our drive module.In this paper,we introduce the power re-source principle of microarc oxidation on the surface of magmesium and the application of IGBT drive module 2SD315A on it.
