摘要
设计了采用89C51单片机的充填机的机电一体化系统。对机械系统和所编制的软件和硬件系统均作了介绍。经过论证和模拟实验,计量精度达到要求。该控制检测系统对于改变目前我国粉类包装机械计量精度的现状,是一种十分经济有效的方法。
A mechatronics system for filling machine based on 89C51 is designed.The mechanical system,hardware and software system of the control system are introduced.By proving and simulation test-ing,the metering precision is raised to.The conclusion is given that this measuring and control system is an economical and effective for changing the condition of metering precision of powder packaging machinery.
