摘要
分析齿轮变位系数与弹性变形量和滑动摩擦量的关系,进而控制弹性变形引起的齿轮的啮入、啮出冲击噪声,滑动摩擦量引起的轴的径向冲击噪声。通过计算确定变位系数的一个较小范围,在这个范围内齿轮的变形量和滑动摩擦量都减小,进而使齿轮噪声减小。
The relation between gear modification coefficient and elastic deformation,sliding friction are analyzed as they have direct effect of gearing noise and impulsive noise in gear transmission.The modi-fication coefficient was restricted in a small range by calculation so both the elastic deformation and slid-ing friction are decreased which leading to lower gear noise.
