摘要
通过改变排气管的管径、插入深度和出口长度,利用fluent软件对扩散式旋风分离器的分离效率和压力损失进行了研究。结果表明:排气管管径影响分离效率,压力损失随着管径的减小而增大。插入深度和出口长度影响内部流场分布,从而影响分离效率,但两者对压力损失影响较小。
Collect efficiency and pressure drop of diffusible cyclone separator are investigated by fluent software under different construction details,such as the diameter,the inset depth and the outflow length of vent-pipe.Results show that the diameter of vent-pipe affects the collect efficiency,and the pressure drop is increasing with diameter decreased.The inset depth and outflow length influence the inner flow,and consequently affect the collect efficiency,and the two have small effect on pressure drop.
