数控铣床铣头在ANSYS中的热特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 现代数控机床在铣削过程中,铣床铣头箱体会产生热变形,从而影响主轴传动精度及零件的加工精度。在Pro/E三维软件进行实体建模基础上,应用有限元的分析方法,通过ANSYS来进行热变形分析计算,找出箱体热特性的薄弱环节,从而对箱体造型进一步改进提供理论依据。 In the procedure of machining by modern CNC machine,the case of mill head in CNC milling machine produces thermal deformation.This deformation affects the accuracy of spindle drive,and influences the machining accuracy of the part.A three-dimensional model of case of mill head was estab-lished with Pro/E software.The case will be calculated thermal deformation dimension using finite-element analysis method.Weakness will be fixed by ANSYS.This research provides the theoretical fundamentals for improving case appearance.
