搅拌针前进阻力的动态测量与分析 被引量:3

摘要 对4mm厚L2Y2铝板搅拌摩擦焊时搅拌针受到的前进阻力进行了动态测量,对影响前进阻力的因素进行了分析。结果表明:搅拌摩擦焊过程开始后,前进阻力要经过一个先急剧上升,达到峰值后又迅速下降,到某一定值后稳定下来的过程。在其他条件不变的前提下,仅提高搅拌针的旋转速度使峰值阻力和稳态阻力都下降,达到峰值和稳态阻力的时间都缩短;仅提高焊接速度使峰值阻力和稳态阻力都上升,达到峰值阻力和稳态阻力的时间都延长,但变化幅度很小;搅拌工具肩部直径和搅拌针直径的影响比较复杂。在一定的尺寸范围内,增大肩部直径会起到增大旋转速度的效果,而增大搅拌针的直径与增大肩部直径的效果相反。 Resistance against the pin in friction stir welding of L2Y2 aluminum plate was measured dynamically, and the influences of somefactors on the force were analyzed.It shows that the force increases sharply at the beginning of friction stir welding.As soon as it reaches itspeak value,it will decrease rapidly,and then tends to be a stable value if the welding parameters keep being unvaried.If increasing the rotationspeed of the pin is increased, and the other parameters and factors are unvaried.The maximum force and steady force are both decreased,andthe times to reach the maximum force and steady force are shortened.If the welding speed only be increased,the maximum force and the steadyforce are increased greatly,and the times are prolonged slightly.The influences of the diameters of the shoulder and the pin on the force arecomplex.In certain extent,increasing the diameter of the shoulder produces the similar effect as that of increasing rotation speed,but the in-crease of the diameter of the pin has the contrast effect.
