Innovation on Controlling Mechanism of "Rent-Seeking" Post Crime in China

中国正处于社会转型的关键时期,国家激励的正向功能处于创建与调适的过渡阶段,市场激励的负向功能难以在短时间内彻底消除,为"寻租型"职务犯罪的衍生与泛滥提供了客观基础。

China is in the crucial period of social transformation.In this stage,the positive function of state incentives is being adjusted,while the negative function of incitement from market is difficult to be eliminated in a short time,which leads to the birth and spread of 'Rent-seeking' post crime.In order to get innovation on controlling mechanism of the 'Rent-seeking' post crime,incentive system related with the 'Rent-seeking' post crime should be set up.Weakening or even eliminating the negative function of market incitement by strengthening the state incitement is the only way to keep the continuity in combating'Rent-seeking' post crime.
