COORDINATION OF LAND USE PLANNING AND MASTER URBAN PLANNING

通过探讨城市总体规划和土地利用总体规划需要协调的内容,建立了"两规"的协调体系。客观上预想,通过"两规"规划指导思想、人口和用地规模、规划标准和规范、规划方法等的协调,亦可在规划技术层面实现"两规"的动态协调。

This paper, by discussing the contents which need to be coordinated between the urban mas- ter plan and land use plan, establishes a coordination system between the two plans. Through the coordi- nation of guiding ideologies, population, land area, planning standards as well as planning methods, it would realize the dynamic coordination between the two plans in technical aspect.
