摘要
土地资源短缺条件下适当发展高层建筑的需求日益增加,对城市的景观风貌、城市肌理影响日益深刻,通过多因子综合评价可为高层建筑空间布局、重大公用设施建设提供科学决策的依据。
As the demand for high-rise buildings is growing rapidly due to the limited land resources, the high-rise buildings greatly influence the urban land- scape and texture. This paper argues that multi-factor evaluation could provide support for the layout of high-rise buildings and key public facilities.
