摘要
在田间自然条件下采用根钻取样,结合根系图像扫描分析方法,研究高产条件下杂交棉标杂A1和常规品种新陆早13号根系生长和空间分布特征。结果表明:在盛花期标杂A1根系较强大,85%的根系分布在0—40cm土层;根系生物量、根系直径、根长密度、根表面积等指标均显著高于新陆早13号。吐絮期,常规品种新陆早13号根系生物量、根长密度和根表面积显著增加,尤以30—70cm土层内增加明显;而标杂A1后期根系生长量明显减少,表征根系性状的各指标均较新陆早13号显著降低。新疆棉区种植标杂A1。在栽培管理中,生育前期要促进壮苗稳长,生育后期要通过加强水肥管理防止根系早衰是实现高产超高产的关键所在。
The characteristics in root spatial distribution were studied in the field. The experiment was conducted with two high- yield cotton cultivars, Biaoza A1 (hybrids) and Xinluzao 13 (conventional). The root sample was obtained using root auger in the filed, then analyzed using DT- SCN image analysis method in the lab. The results showed that, at full flowering stage, the root of Biaoza A1 developed better, most of which (85%) distributed in depth of 0 - 40 cm. The root biomass, diameter, length density and area of Biaoza A1 were significantly higher than that of Xinluzao 13. During the boll stage, the root biomass, length density and area of Xinluzao 13 increased remarkably, especially those in depth of 30 - 70 cm were increased significantly. However, root biomass of Biaoza A1 decreased remarkably. Therefore, in cotton region of Xinjiang, the aim of high - yield in cultivar Biaoza A1 will be achieved through ensuring strong seedling and enhancing the management of water and fertilizer to prevent root senescence during the early growing period and the latter growing period, respectively.
