摘要
通过阐述2005-2008年在新疆南疆三地州采用标准化自制BG双波太阳能干燥(Solar-drying,简称SO)装置连续4年开展优质杏干的SD工艺研究,分析了影响SD的主要因素,并提出了相应的工艺措施以指导实际生产。研究表明。影响杏干SD特性的主要因素前期为排湿、中后期为温度,并且SD干燥温度应控制在40~60℃。还重点介绍了2008年6~8月在喀什地区泽普县进行赛买提杏的SD工艺研究。当装载量为60kg时,赛买提杏干的实际SD干燥时间为10d;杏干脱水率为1.804kg/(m^2·d),杏干优级品率达85%,分别是露天摊晒方式的1.9和2.8倍。可见,利用该装置在南疆地区进行SD杏干的生产是可行的,干燥效率高,产品品质好。
The main purpose of the study was to discuss the drying techniques and drying characteristics of solar -dryer for high - qualty dried apricot in three prefectures of the south of Xinjiang from 2005 to 2008. The principal factors influencing SD were analyzed and the available technical measures were offered to govern practical production. The study indicated that the drying temperature of SD should be controlled between 40℃ and 60℃. Also the SD Techniques of apricot processing were introduced. The high - qulaity dried apricot processed by sophisticated processing techniques were especially introduced by Kashi Area in the south of Xinjiang in Jun - Aug. 2008.
