摘要
采用网室接虫、室内饲养等方法,研究了化控药剂缩节胺(DPC)和多效唑(PP333)对棉铃虫田间落卵量、卵孵化率、幼虫生长发育及危害的影响。初步研究表明:与对照相比,化控使棉铃虫卵孵化推迟,孵化率降低17.7%~36.4%,幼虫发育历期缩短0.1~1.7d,死亡率增加2.0%~28.6%,蛹历期延长0.3—3.0d。在棉铃虫的不同发育阶段,缩节胺和多效唑对其的影响电有所不同。多效唑对棉铃虫卵孵化的抑制作用比缩节胺强,而缩节胺对棉铃虫幼虫发育及成虫产卵选择性的影响较大。室内外试验中缩节胺、多效唑对棉铃虫危害的影响存在差异,但喷施后都使棉铃虫低龄幼虫的危害减轻。
In the paper, by adopting the method of inoculation and breeding, effect of the different chemical control DPC and PP333 on development of Helicoverpa armigera (Hiibner) and the damage of cotton plant was studyied. The result showed that cotton bellworm eggs hatch was delayed and eggs hatchability was decreased by 17.7 % -36.4 % by usung chemicial control, gTowth of larva was shortened by 0.1 - 1.7d, death rate was increased by 2.0% - 28.6%, duration of pupa development was delayed by 0.3 - 3.0d. There was different effect of DPC and PP333 on cotton bellworm in different development phase. The inhibitory effect of PP333 on hatch of cotton bellworm eggs was highter than that of DCP, but the effects of DPC on larval growth and oviposition preference were stronger than that of PP333.DPC and PP333 had different effect on damage of cotton bellworm, but the damage of younger instar larva was reduce by spring DCP and PP333.
