摘要
利用金川公司的废渣和石英砂为主要原料,以焦碳和木炭作为还原剂,利用自制的小型直流电弧炉和混合加料法冶炼硅铁合金,并利用XRD和光学显微镜对合金进行了分析。实验表明,当石英砂质量分数为20%,炉料的配碳量为1.9∶1时,硅铁的回收率最高,产物中得到了Fe5Si3和Fe3Si。利用直流电弧炉冶炼硅铁合金具有独特的优势,在冶炼过程中解决了炉底上涨的技术难题。本研究不但可以解决废渣利用方面的问题,而且能合理的利用废渣起到环保作用,还能产生更好的经济效益。
Utilizng Jinchuang Corporation's waste slag and quartz sand as main raw materials and charred coal and charcoal as reducing agent, ferro-silicon alloy was reclaimed by mixed charging method in self-made DO arc furnace. The alloy was analysed by means of XRD and optical microscope. The results show that when the mass ratio of quartz sand is 20% and the ratio of material and reducing agent is 1.9, the recovery rate of SiFe is the highest, and Fe5Si3 and Fe3Si can be obtained. DO arc furnace has a unique advantage in smelting FeSi alloy and can tackle bottom rise in smelting process. The technology can not only utilize waste slag but also protect environment.
