带锁髓内钉联合TINI记忆合金卡环治疗复杂长管状骨骨折27例

Treatment of Complicated Fracture of Long Bone with Intramedullary Interlocking Nail Combining with NiTi-SMA Loop

目的:探讨复杂长管状骨骨折的治疗方法。方法:采用带锁髓内钉联合TINI记忆合金卡环治疗复杂长管状骨骨折27例,对手术时间、骨膜损伤、术后恢复时间及功能恢复进行评价。结果:27例复杂长管状骨骨折在手术时间、骨膜损伤、术后恢复时间及功能恢复等方面优于单纯应用带锁髓内钉或钢板内固定。结论:带锁髓内钉联合NITI记忆合金卡环治疗复杂长管状骨骨折具有操作简便、固定牢靠、软组织损伤少、感染率低、减少骨折不愈合等优点。

Objective：To investigate the therapy of complicated fracture of long bone. Methods：Twenty--seven patients with complicated fracture of long bone were treated with intramedullary interlocking nail （IIN） combining with NiTi--SMA loop （NTSL）. And operation time, periost damage, postoperative recovery time and functional recovery were evaluated. Results：The above indicators in 27 patients treated by IIN and NTSL were better than other patients treated by IIN or nickelclad alone. Conclusion：The treatment of IIN combining with NTSL has the advantages of easy practice, stable fixation, few soft tissue injuries, low rate of infection and fracture disunion.
