摘要 目的探讨Digital Radiography(DR)激光胶片与感蓝胶片的成像质量,为临床诊断提供丰富的影像资料。方法随机抽取我院2007年5月-2008年5月所拍的感蓝胶片与DR激光胶片各2000份进行归纳统计,并对胶片上的影像质量进行分析。结果蓝胶片甲片率为45.75%,废片率8.50%;DR激光胶片甲片率98.15%,废片率为零,p<0.05,有统计学意义。结论DR激光片较感蓝X线胶片空间分辨率高,影像信息量大,值得临床推广应用。 Objective In order to evaluate imaging quality between digital radiography (DR) laser film and traditional X-ray sense blue films, and to provide abundant image data in clinical diagnosis. Methods 2000 pieces of DR laser films and 2000 pieces of tradition X- ray sense blue films examined in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2008 were randomly collected. The quality of imaging on these films was analyzed. Results The first-grade rate of sense blue film accounts for 45.75%, the waste rate of it accounts for 8.5%. The first-grade rate of DR laser film makes up 98.15% , the waste rate of it drops down to zero, p 〈0.05. This shows the significance in statistics. Conclusion DR laser film has high spatial resolution and affluent image information than the sense blue film. It is worth to extensively use.
