眼视光学专业学生职业心态培养浅析 被引量:5

摘要 眼视光学专业学生在企业的实习可以在拓宽学生就业渠道的同时,为视光企业注入最新的技术人才和技术力量,改变目前视光企业由于人才薄弱而带来的服务水平较低,开展项目不全等现状,通过在视光企业的实习达到教育与行业的共同促进,和谐发展。通过对川北医学院眼视光学专业第一届理学学生(2004级)实习情况意见反馈的整理分析,发现实习学生存在的主要问题在于职业心态较差。建议加强学生思维能力培养、与视光企业建立广泛合作关系、培养学生团队精神并加强学生职业生涯的引导。同时对如何在上述方面开展具体工作,培养学生职业心态提出建议,致力于为视光教育与视光行业更广阔的发展前景而努力。 Optometry and Ophthalmology students in the enterprise professional exercitation can broaden employment channels. At the same time, students can inject the latest technical force into the enterprises to change the current optometrists weak, the low level of service and the incomplete of projects. Through the feedback of the first professional students (2004) form optometry and ophthalmology, we found the main problem lies in poor occupational psychology. We strongly suggest that strengthen students thinking ability, and establish a broad cooperation with enterprises and train the students to enhance their teamwork and career guidance. At the same time we propose that the students should carry out specific work in the above-mentioned aspects.
