中小增值电信企业面临融资困境

Small and Medium-Sized Value-Added Telecom Enterprises Are Facing Financing Difficulties

电信重组形成三家全业务基础运营商的局面,这无疑给增值业务市场的发展带来新的契机。为全面展现我国增值电信企业发展的现状,信息产业部电信研究院通信信息研究所近日发布了《2008年第二季度增值电信业务市场监测报告》。该监测报告的关注点是增值电信企业的融资情况,主要集中在增值电信企业发展所处的阶段、企业在经营过程中的资金缺口和资金来源以及对我国融资市场的满意度等方面。监测报告显示,大部分被调查的增值电信企业或多或少面临着资金紧张的问题,其中,在经营过程中资金缺口大的企业占到本次调查的25%。

The telecom reorganization created three full-service operators,which has brought new development opportunities for value-added services market.First of all,the competition among the three full-service operators provides value-added telecom enterprises more opportunities to choose partners,and makes the more competitive value-added telecom enterprises could outstanding others with their abilities to innovate.Secondly,after the reorganization the convergence between fixed and mobile network (FMC)becomes a reality,which opens up a new prospect for development of value-added services.The applications based on network convergence(such as FMC)will have a major step-forward,and the value-added services such as VoIP and video phone will also make further improvement and expansion. Recently,Teleinfo Institute of CATR,MIIT published'Value-added Telecom Service Market Monitoring Report(Second quarter,2008)' which comprehensively reveals the development situation of China's value-added telecom enterprises.The concern of the monitoring report is the financial condition of the enterprises,mainly in the development stages of their business,the funding source and gap,as well as their satisfaction to China's financing market,and so on.Monitoring report showed that a majority of the value-added telecom enterprises more or less are facing with the problem of funding shortage,among which,enterprises with large funding gap account for 25%of this survey.
