沈阳市生态城市建设对策探讨

结合沈阳生态市建设现状,从政府引导、环保机制完善、生态产业培植以及生态文化建设等方面提出对策,以期为实现区域经济与环境协调发展,建设和谐沈阳提供参考。

According to the present condition of Eco-city in Shenyang, the thesis proposes the strategies from four aspects as government leading, mechanism improvement, Eco-industry development and Eco-culture construction, which in hopes of not only providing the suggestions on the sustainable development between regional economy and environment, but also offering references on establishing a harmonious Shenyang.
