摘要
泗南江水电站位于云南省思茅地区墨江哈尼族自治县那哈乡、坝溜乡和泗南江乡境内的泗南江上,挡水建筑物为面板堆石坝。可研设计推荐工程采用隧洞导流、枯期围堰挡水、汛期坝体临时断面挡水的导流方案。由于导流洞的地质条件复杂等多方面原因,导致截流里程碑工期被迫延迟,为保证坝体安全度汛,施工图阶段将导流方案调整为全年围堰挡水的导流方案,并成功实施。
The Sinan River Hydropower Station is over the Sinan River within the territories of Naha Township, Baliu Township and Sinan Township, Mojiang Hani Autonomous County, Simao District, Yunnan Province, with the water retaining structure of faced rockfill dam. The recommended project of the feasible design adopted the diversion scheme of tunnel diversion, cofferdam water retaining in the dry season, temporary section water retaining of the dam body in the flood season. The river closure milestone construction period was forced to be delayed due to various reasons such as complicated geological conditions of the diversion tunnel and so on. In order to guarantee that the dam body could pass the flood season safely, the diversion scheme was adjusted to be the diversion scheme of cofferdam water retaining all the year round at the stage for construction drawing, and was successfully implemented.
