在现代企业发展进程中,基本建设已经不是一个简单定义上的固定资产生产过程,而是企业品牌的物质化代言、企业社会形象的外在体现和企业综合实力的重要标志。KHIDI—中水顾问昆明院,已经成为本企业在国内、外市场竞争中具有较高信誉与知名度的品牌,在业界已经树立起了良好的企业形象。昆明院基本建设项目管理已经形成了一套具有昆明院特色的基本建设管理模式,管理层次分明,管理行为规范,管理程序清晰,管理制度健全,基本项目管理实现了管理科学化、制度化、规范化、程序化。
During the development course of the modem enterprise, the basic construction is not a simple definition of fixed asset production process any more, but a material representative of the enterprise brand, external embodiment of the social image of the enterprise, and important symbol of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. Kunming Hydroelectric Investigation, Design and Research Institute (KHIDI) has become a brand with relatively high reputation and popularity in the competitions at the domestic and foreign markets, and has built up a good enterprise image in the same industry. The basic construction project management of KHIDI has formed a set of management mode with the unique features of KHIDI, owning definite management level, standard management conduct, clear management program, sound management system; accordingly, the basic project management has realized the scientific, institutional, standard and programmed management.
