化脓性腱鞘炎患者21例行鞘内冲洗的护理

Nursing Care of Intrathecal Irrigation for Paitents with Suppurative Tenosynovitis

目的探讨化脓性腱鞘炎行鞘内冲洗的护理,总结护理经验,促进患者早日康复。方法对2005年6月1日至2008年6月1日本科收治的21例化脓性腱鞘炎行鞘内冲洗的患者,积极充分地做好术前准备及细致地做好术后鞘内冲洗的护理。结果21例患者局部肿胀消退,疼痛消失,患指功能恢复正常,均痊愈出院。结论持续鞘内冲洗治疗化脓性腱鞘炎,治愈率高、并发症少、住院费用低。积极做好术前和术后的护理,可以促进患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the nursing care of intrathecal irrigation for patients with suppurative tenosynovitis by summarizing the experiences so as to promote early rehabiliatation of patients. Methods From 1st June 2005 to 1st June 2008,21 paients with suppurative tenosynovitis admitted in our department were treated by the intrathecal irrigation and full preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing care were provided to the patients. Results Twenty-one patients recovered very well and discharged with local swelling and pain disappearing and normal functional rehabilitation of fingers. Conclusion Continuous intrathecal irrigation for treating suppurative tenosynovitis has the advantage of high recovery rate,fewer complications and low cost of hopitalization. Good preoperative and postoperative nursing care could promote early rehabiliatation of patients.
