氯氟氰菊酯的β-环糊精包合物制备工艺优化

摘要 根据影响氯氟氰菊酯-β-环糊精包合效果的主要因素:主客体摩尔比、搅拌时间、搅拌速度以及包合温度,利用正交实验设计的方法,设计成四因素三水平的方案进行实验.用饱和溶液法制得氯氟氰菊酯-β-环糊精包合物,即以丙酮为溶剂溶解氯氟氰菊酯,然后把氯氟氰菊酯的丙酮溶液加到β-CD溶液中,在一定温度下包合一定时间,减压过滤得包合物,再分别用丙酮和蒸馏水洗涤,干燥.最后用红外、紫外、热差分析、核磁共振等方法来表征包合效果,包合效果良好. The experiment of four factors and three levels is designed according to the influences on cyhalothriong-β-CDs inclusion effect such as host-guest morle ratio, stirring-time, stirring-rate and clathratingtemperature. The cyhalothrion-β-CDs clathrate is prepared by saturated solution methord, namely cyhalothrion is dissolved by acetone. Then the cyhalothrin acetone solution is added into β-CD solution. After several times, clathrate is obtained by reduced pressure distillation, and then it is washed by acetone and distilled water. Finally, clathrate is dried, It is characterized by FT-IR, ultraviolet spectrum, DSC and NMR, and the results are good.
