摘要
在面向产品生命周期的项目管理过程中,包含了不同类型的项目、过程和产品数据,这些数据之间的关联性和一致性很难得到保证.通过对这些数据的归纳和抽象,构建了零件主纪录、模型主纪录、文档主纪录和工程图主记录等元数据对象.这些元数据对象包含了描述对应物理对象的基本属性信息.通过元模型数据对象与物理对象的相互联系以及不同对象属性之间的继承和关联,在产品项目和产品生命周期2个维度上实现了项目、过程和产品数据之间的紧密集成.以汽轮机产品为例进行了应用验证,在一个具体的应用系统中建立了汽轮机项目管理集成模型,实现了在汽轮机项目管理过程中不同类型数据之间的集成,提高了项目管理的效率.
There are many project data, process data and product data in the process of project management for product lifecycle. Existing methods hardly ensure the consistency and relevancy among these data. By the induction and abstraction of these data, this work founded some meta-model data objects, including part master record, model master record, document master record and draft master record. The metamodel data object and the corresponding physical object are relevant to each other. Based on the succession and relation of different attributes, the integration of project data, process data and product data was realized in product project dimensionality and product lifecycle dimensionality. A steam turbine product example was given to verify the feasibility of the principle. An integrated model in a specific application system was founded, which implemented the integration among different data in the steam turbine project management and promoted the efficiency of the steam turbine project management.
