摘要
"公众参与"城市规划是上世纪六十年代率先出现在欧洲的规划实践,经过四十年的发展,在西方已经成为比较完善的不可缺少的规划环节。然而,在我国"公众参与"尚处于起步阶段,仍然存在诸多问题。概述了公众参与的主要理论,对我国现阶段公众参与城市规划存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的策略建议。
The policy of public participation in urban planning was first practiced in Europe in the 1960s. After 40 years of development, the policy has become the essential step of city planning in Western countri＇es while it is just an elementary step in China. There are still many problems in public participation. After an overview of the main theories on public participation, this paper analyzes the main problems in public participation in urban planning in China and then comes up with tentative solutions accordingly.
