间充质干细胞在风湿性疾病修复治疗中的研究进展

摘要 在风湿性疾病中,关节损伤和修复之间的平衡决定了关节炎的结局,修复过程失败就会导致关节破坏以及最终的功能残疾。因此,组织修复成为一个重要的治疗目标。关节的生物学修复是以细胞为基础的。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一类具有自我复制、多向分化潜能的多能干细胞,近年研究还发现其具有免疫调节作用。
