利福平致抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性小血管炎一例
摘要
抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体（ANCA）相关性小血管炎是一类系统性自身免疫性疾病，分为原发性和继发性。临床上利福平致ANCA相关性小血管炎较少见，现将我科近期诊治的1例报告如下。
