高校学生管理法制化研究述评

On the Legalized System of College Student Management

2005年3月,国家教育部颁布新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》后,高校学生管理法制化问题引起了广泛关注,社会各界围绕这一论题展开了热烈的讨论。通过对高校学生管理法制化的概念、必要性及存在的问题、解决的对策与途径等问题的研究进行综述并在此基础上提出自己的观点。

The Ministry of Education issued the ＂new ordinary college student management regulations＂ on March 2005. Then the issue of ＂legalized college students management＂ has attracted attention from far and wide, and started a fierce discussion about it. This paper is centered on the concept, necessity of the legalized management of college students, the existing problems in the system and the countermeasures against them.
