新形势下高校辅导员的心理素质修养

On the Cultivation of University Political instructors' Psychological Qualities under New Circumstances

高校辅导员承担着大学生思想政治教育、日常事务管理、心理健康教育、职业生涯规划与就业指导等重要任务,他们既是高校思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,又是大学生健康成长的最直接的指导者和引路人。随着社会经济的快速发展和高校连续扩招、后勤社会化、及教育教学改革的不断深化,给高校辅导员提出了很高的心理要求,高校辅导员的心理素质修养问题日益突出。本文拟从加强高校辅导员的心理素质修养的意义,辅导员应具备的心理素质及现状和加强其心理素质修养的途径等方面进行探讨。

University political instructors, being the backbones of political education and guide of university students＂ healthy development, have played lots of different roles as educator of students＂ morality, manager of students＇ daily life and class affairs, counselor of students＇psychological problems and guide of students＇career planning. Under new circumstances, they are facing new challenges and their psychological qualities have become a hindrance for them to fulfill their tasks because of the rapid economy development of society, the constant expansion of universities, the socialization of logistics and the reform on teaching and learning. The author of this article has discussed the cultivation of university political instructors＇psychological qualities from the following aspects： its significance, the psychological qualities that a political instructor should have, the current situation about their psychological qualities, and the ways to improve their psychological qualities.
