摘要
通过对近年来与齐墩果酸分析方法相关的文献进行追踪、整理分类,系统地介绍了齐墩果酸的主要分析方法,并对气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法和毛细管电泳法等方法进行评述。归纳出5种齐墩果酸定量分析方法。提出使用高效液相色谱法建立齐墩果酸测定的标准方法。
By tracking and sorting the articles published recently in the field, those methods for Oleanolic acid determination, especially those main methods such as gas chromatography（GC）, high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）, capillary electrophoresis（CE） were systematically reviewed. Five kinds of methods of quantitative analysis of Oleanolic acid were shown up. Based on the above, a standard method Oleanolic acid determined by HPLC was advised.
