摘要
在研究化学镀镍磷复合镀层工艺基础上,探究了不同工艺条件对镀层摩擦学性能的影响,并对镀层厚度和硬度以及磨损量和摩擦系数进行测试分析,从而确定耐磨性最好的工艺参数。
In the paper, the relation of the tribology and different technique conditions are studied. On the base of the technique of electroless plating Ni-P coating, the wear weightlessness and friction coefficient are analyzed. From the result of this investigation, the best technical parameters are obtained.
