大学生脊柱前后弯曲状况的调查与分析

Analysis and Investigation on the Students’Spinal Curves

对23个省市的93名普通大学生(男62人,女31人)脊柱前后弯曲状况的调查,显示男子的颈前曲均值为5.03cm,女子为4.52cm,性差无显著性意义,男女合并统计时的颈前曲均值为4.86cm。其中,颈前曲大于5.0cm的大学生有38人,占样本含量的40.9%。颈前曲过大是本次调查的突出现象。腰前曲性差也无显著性意义。男女合并统计的均值为4.08cm,接近正常范围3–5cm的"中值"。分析结果表明,颈前曲与身高呈低度的正相关关系,相关系数r为0.24,但与体重、胸围、肺活量的相关系数都很小。

93 college students （62 for male, 31 for female） from 23 different provinces have been investigated for spinal curves. The results show that the neck spinal forward curve is 5.03 cm for male, 4.52 cm for female, and there is no significant difference both genders. 38 students＇neck forward curve is over 5.0 cm, 40.9% of the subjects have excess neck forward curve, which is the outstanding phenomenon in this investigation. The difference of the lumber spinal curve is not significant yet. The average of those curves is 4.08 cm, which is at the center of normal range（3-5 cm）. The neck forward curve is slightly correlated with height （r=0.24）. The neck forward curve is very slightly correlated with body weight, chest measurement and vital ventilation respectively.
