治疗胆结石类中草药中微量元素含量的测定

Determination of the Content of Microelements in the Chinese Herbal Medicine for the Treatment of Gallstone Disease

采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了6种治疗胆结石类中草药(鸡内金、鹅不食草、金钱草、郁金、木香、大黄)中锌、铁、铜、锰、铬5种微量元素的含量。采用浓HNO_3+HClO_4(4+1)混合酸消解样品,对测定结果进行了准确度和精密度评价,其加标回收率在93%～104%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3%。测定结果表明:六种中草药中都含有丰富的微量元素,其中金钱草和鸡内金中Cr含量较为丰富,分别达到了11.35 ug·g^(-1)和8.074 ug·g^(-1)。

Five kinds of trace elements Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn and Cr in the Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of gallstone Disease, membrane of chicken ＇s gizzard, small centipeda herb, christina loosestrife herb, radix curcumae aromaticae , radix aucklandiae, and Chinese rhubarb, have been determined and analyzed by flame atom absorption spectrometry respectively. The samples are digested with HClO4 and HNO3 in volume ratio 4：1 and the accuracy and precision of the method are tested. The average recovery of the samples is between 93% and 104% and the relative standard deviation（RSD） is 〈 3%. The determination results indicate that these Chinese herbal medicines are rich in microelements, among which the Cr content is higher in chieken＇s gizzard and christina loosestrife herb, reaching 11.35 ug · g^ - 1 and 8. 074 ug · g^ - 1 respectively.
