我国老年人有氧运动处方设计探讨

A Discussion about the Prescription for Our Senior Citizen's Aerobic Sport

人口老龄化已成为世界各国的重大社会问题。关心老年人的身心健康,不仅是老年人的头等大事,更是全社会和家庭的重要问题。该文根据老年人的身体状况、心理特点、生活环境条件和运动爱好等不同个体特点,以及有氧运动对人体健康状况的影响,探讨了制定我国老年人有氧运动处方的原则和基本内容,并提出了老年人参与有氧运动时应注意的基本问题,从而为老年人科学地掌握有氧健身方法提供一定的参考,对增强老年人体质、预防疾病、促进康复有积极作用。

Population ageing has become a serious problem in the modern world, it is not only the senior citizen＇s blue - ribbon event of themselves, but also an important problem for the whole society and family to concern about the senior＇s health. This paper, considering the senior＇s health status, mentality traits and living environment or the sport habit, various individual characteristic and the influence of aerobic sport on people＇s health status, discusses the principle and basic content to constitute the prescription for the senior＇s aerobic sport, and puts forward the essence that the senior should focus on when attending aerobic sport, which is helpful to provide definite reference for the senior citizen to master the way of aerobic sport scientifically. In addition, it is active for the senior to tone up their corporeity,to prevent illness and promote their health.
