主动脉夹层20例治疗分析

Treatment Experience of Aortic Dissection in 20 Cases

目的回顾性分析主动脉夹层的临床表现、诊断和治疗经验。方法总结2006年6月至2008年6月青岛阜外心血管病医院所收治的20例主动脉夹层患者临床特点、手术方法、治疗效果。结果20例中1例死亡,1例好转出院,其余全部治愈出院,无神经系统并发症。结论良好的治疗效果取决于积极的术前处理、准确的诊断、及时合理的手术。

Objective To review treatment experience of aortic dissection in 20 cases. Method Twenty patients with aortic dissection underwent treatment in our hospital from June 2006 to June 2008. We collect and analysis their clinical characteristics, treatment methords and outcomes. Results One patient died from aortic rupture, one was discharged when his condition was stable, the other recovered and were discharged without nervous complications. Conclusion Efficient treament during the pre-operation period, accurate diagnosis and prompt surgical therapy were the base of successful outcome.
