摘要
伴随着我国社区服务制度的迅速发展,社区服务法律制度滞后的问题日益凸显。完善我国社区服务法律制度是实现社会法治化、和谐化的重要环节。分析了我国现有的相关法律制度的主要内容与不足,指出我们应借鉴国外相关社区服务法律制度完善与社区居民切身利益密切相关的各项法律。
Along with the rapid development of community services system in China, the problem that community service legal system lags behind is becoming increasingly prominent. To improve the legal system of China＇ s community service is an important link in achieving the social rule of law and harmony. The essay analyzes the main content and inadequacy of current relevant law system in China, it also points out that we should use foreign-related improved community services law system and various laws closely related to the vital interests of community residents for reference.
