摘要 建立了多层次模糊优选模型,从社会、经济、生态环境和水资源利用4个方面提出了水资源合理配置指标体系,并将此评价模型及指标体系应用到临汾市水资源配置方案评价中,最终选出了社会、经济、生态协调发展的临汾市水资源合理配置方案。该方案符合临汾市的实际情况,说明建立的评价指标体系和模型是合理、可行的。 With the rapid of economy and society, water resources is becoming aculeate increasingly. the contradiction between the supply and requirement of Water resources rational allocation is the important instrument for water resources efficient utilizing. This paper builds multilayer fuzzy optimization model, and proposes an index system to evaluate the allocation of water resources including society, economy, environment and the uses of water resources. And applied this model and the index system in accessing water resources allocation schemes in the city of Linfen, selects the water resources rational allocation schemes which can encourage the society, the economy and environment's harmonize development. The plan is fit for the region's actual situation, and shows that the established evaluation index system and the model is reasonable and feasible.
