摘要
目的了解一株采自广东湛江红树的内生真菌350#的次级代谢产物。方法从真菌350#的菌体浸提液中通过化学分离方法分离化合物,并通过广泛的光谱方法确定结构。结果与结论分离得到5个化合物,通过结构分析确定为麦角甾醇、过氧化麦角甾醇、尿嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶和环(亮-亮)二肽。
Objective To detect the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus 350# isolated from the mangrove in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Methods Compounds were isolated from the leaching liquor of the endophytic fungus 350^#, and their structures were determined by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis. Results and Conclusion Five compounds can be isolated from the fungus, including ergosterol, ergosterol peroxide, uracil, thymine and cyclo-dipeptide (Leu-Leu).
