摘要
目的:根据颅底骨的结构特点和CT薄层扫描高分辨率重建技术的特点,探讨该技术在颅底骨折检查中的优越性。方法:对30例脑外伤病人先进行常规CT检查后,又对其颅底进行薄层扫描,并进行高分辨率重建。结果:30例脑外伤患者在常规CT扫描12例疑有颅底骨折,再行薄层扫描,并进行高分辨率重建技术后,30例患者均确诊为颅底骨折。结论:对疑有颅底骨折的病人,正确而熟练地应用CT薄层扫描,并进行高分辨率重建,能明确诊断,减少误诊。
Objective:To discuss the superiority of high resolution CT(HRCT)technique in the diagnosis of basicranial fracture according to the construction features of the basion and the characteristic of the HRCT thin layer scanning and high resolution reconstruction technique. Methods:30 cases of brain trauma who underwent routine CT scan were examined with thin-layer basicranial scanning and the images were reconstructed and studied. Results:After routine CT scanning, only 12 cases were suspected to be basicranial fracture, while after thin-layer scanning and reconstructed images, all 50 cases were diagnosed as basicranial fracture. Conclusion:For these patients who were suspected to be basicranial fracture, we must use HRCT thin layer scanning technique and undergo high resolution reconstruction so that it can help us to make a correct diagnosis and avoid misdiagnosis.
