With the fame of recondite probing into artistic creation, ＂Chinese School＂ has been made glorious achievements in the history of the international animation world. However, now Chinese animation has lost the glorious achievements. It lacks the infinite imagination about the script, character design and creative design. The paper draws inspiration for animation from ＂The Legends of Mountains and Sea＂ that is full of rich legendary ideas and thoughts and thus brings an inexhaustible motive force to contemporary animation. In a sense, this equips Chinese animation with ＂wings＂ of free dream and flying.
