音乐疗法在妇产科患者围手术期的应用研究

Study on perioperative music therapy in Obstetric and Gynecologic patients

目的研究音乐疗法在妇产科患者围手术期的应用效果。方法85例患者随机分成音乐疗法组（44例）和对照组（41例），对两组患者的焦虑程度、血压、心率、睡眠情况、伤口疼痛及术后活动时间进行比较。结果音乐疗法组患者与对照组相比焦虑程度、血压、心率变化和术后疼痛明显下降，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），睡眠情况及术后活动时间均较对照组提前。结论音乐疗法在妇产科患者围手术期的综合效应为：术前缓解患者紧张恐惧心态，术中稳定患者心率和血压等心理反应，术后减轻疼痛，促进患者康复进程。

Objective To investigate the effects and possible mechanisms of perioperative music thera- py on Obstetric and Gynecologic patients. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into music group （44 patients） and control group （41 patients） . Patients in music group listened to their favorite music during peri - operation period, while patients in control group received routine nursing care. An patients in self - rating anxiety scale （SAS）, blood pressure, heart rate and visual analogue scale （VAS） were recorded and the scares were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of anxiety in music group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Moreover, in music group, the blood pressure, heart rate and pain score were decreased compared with contrdol group, and the differences were statistical significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Music therapy may reduce anxiety before operation, stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate during operation and relief pain and progress the health after operation in obstetric and gynecologic patients.
