摘要
采用三分法对新时期四川普通高校师资队伍建设问题分阶段考证分析看出:改革开放三十年来,四川省普通高校师资队伍建设走过了一个从教师短缺、青黄不接到恢复重建再到逐步改善,又从改革建设到创新提高的发展历程。师资队伍建设是推进普通高校发展的灵魂工程,认真总结新时期师资队伍建设的经验,厘清其历史发展轨迹,对普通高校师资队伍建设的持续发展具有十分重要的指导和借鉴意义。
Research and analysis of teachers - improving of new period in lfigher education institutions in Sichuan province by trichotomy revealed that the improvement experienced following stages: an absence of teachers, temporary, shortage, gradual melioration, reforming improvement and innovative enhancement. Teachers- improving is an essential project to promote tfigher education institutions. We should sam up experience of teachers- improving in new period, clear the history development track, which is important for teaehers- improving sustainable growing in higher education institutions directively and referentially.
