摘要
在新劳动法出台施行后,原有的高校编制外聘用人员档案管理模式,将导致高校在对编制外聘用人员的人力资源配置、利用上滞后,不利于对高校全范围编制外聘用人员的有效管理,而且面临着劳动用工管理、劳资纠纷等问题。因此,需要围绕"按照新劳动法的规定、参照原正式工档案录入"的原则,对编制外聘用人员的档案管理进行调整。
After carrying out the new employment law,the original archive management mode of the out- compiled employees in the universities and colleges will be backward in personnel distribution and utilization which is bad for efficient management and arouse lots of problems such as disputes over employment management and payment. The archive management of the out - compiled employee need to be adjusted according to the principle of "Comply with the regulations of the new employment law and make reference for the input of the original one".
