摘要
劳动关系是否和谐是决定社会能否和谐发展的根本因素,从工业革命产生到20世纪50年代劳动关系的"黄金时代",劳动关系发展一路风风雨雨,从辉煌走向衰退,如今又走在了学科演进的十字路口,劳动关系何去何从?从劳动关系发展历程进行回顾,对劳动关系学科的独立性、研究方法的选择以及和人力资源未来关系三个问题进行思考,希望与关注劳动关系发展的人士共同探讨。
Whether the work relations are harmonious is the basic factor to decide whether the entire society can develop harmoniously. Reviewing from the work relations development process this article carries on the ponder in the three issues of the independence of work relations discipline, the choice of research technique and the relations of human resources in the future, hoping discuss together with the people attending to the development of work relatidns.
