摘要
瑞典社会保障制度是"北欧"模式的缩影。瑞典社会保障制度自80年代以来进行了多方面改革,重要的改革政策是:紧缩社会保障支出;财政支出地方化;社会保障引入竞争机制现私有化,这对于完善我国的社会保障制度有着重要的借鉴意义。
Sweden social sccurity system is the miniature of ＂Northern Europe＂ pattern. While promulgating the characteristics of Sweden social security system, this article explores the policy practice of the social .security system, showing that the achievements and problems of Sweden social security system is significant for our country to perfect social security system.
