科学发展、社会和谐是发展中国特色社会主义的基本要求。高校作为构成社会的重要细胞,承担着促进社会和谐发展的十分重要的责任。以十七大精神为指导,按照党中央提出的构建和谐社会的重大战略部署,紧密联系高校工会工作实际,努力推进和谐校园创建活动,是高校工会贯彻落实科学发展观、服务学校发展大局和中心工作的切入点,是围绕工会工作全局推动重点工作的着力点,是工会工作创新的新载体。

scientific and social harmony development is the essential requirements to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics. Taking the spirits of 17th CCP national conference as the instruction and according to the significant strategic plan proposed by Central Party Committee to construct harmonious society, relating closely the reality of university trade union work and advancing diligently the foundation activity of harmonious campus are the breakthrough points for university trade union to implement and realize the scientific development concept, and to serve the general school development situation and the main task, are application points to promote key point work revolving the overall situation of trade union work, and are the new carriers of trade union work innovation.
