摘要
人力资源管理作为企业的轴心管理,对提升建筑企业管理水平和企业可持续发展有着深远的影响。本文从施工企业的特点入手,结合现代人力资源管理理论,讨论施工企业人力资源配置中存在的问题并提出相应措施。
As the axis management of enterprises, human resource management plays far reaching effects on upgrading the Level of management and sustainable development of construction enterprises. This paper starts with characteristics of construction enterprises, connects with the theory of the modem human resource management, discusses the problems existed in human resource allocation and puts forward relative measures.
