摘要
LPJ9.5系列焊接拉伸型爆破片装置具有结构紧凑、起爆压力调节方便等优点,因而被大量应用于石油和天然气钻采设备上.本文着重论述LPJ9.5系列焊接拉伸型爆破片装置的结构特点、影响爆破片起爆精度的主要因素以及提高起爆精度的措施.实践表明:LPJ9.5系列焊接拉伸型爆破片的起爆误差及其控制对象主要在于膜片材料的物理性能和厚度、排放口径加工精度、下夹持环的孔口圆角半径尺寸以及焊接方法和焊接参数.
With the advantages of compact conformation and convenient initiating bursting - pressure adjustment, welding tensile rupture discs of LPJ 9.5 series are extensively used in the equipments for drilling oil and nature gas. This article focuses on discussing the structure characteristic of this device, the impacting factors for initiating bursting pressure precision and the methods to promote initiating bursting precision. Extensive practices show that the main factors for reducing the initiating bursting error are the physlea/property of bursting material and the thickness of rupture disc, the machining precision of the discharge diameter, the orifice radius of down retainer ring and the welding method and parameter.
