论普通高校健美操运动员的选材

On the Selection and Training of Aerobics Players in General Institutions

针对普通高校学生年龄偏大,身体素质一般,基本功差,训练周期短的特点,提出把好选材关是促进普通高校健美操运动水平不断提高的重要一环,同时从多方面对高校健美操队选材的内容和方法进行探讨,并着重讨论了选材内容应主要考核的方面及考核方法,以期为普通高校组建高水平的健美操运动队提供一些参考.

In terms of advanced age, ordinary physical quality, poor basic skills and short training cycle of students in general institutions, this paper proposed that the process of selection is the important link of promotion of continuous improvement of level of aerobics in general institutions. Simultaneously the contents and methods of selection of aerobics players in general institutions were discussed on many aspects, and emphatically discussed the main aspects and methods of evaluation in the selection, which offer some references for general institutions to build high level of aerobics team.
