本文以中铁一局新运朔黄运输公司配属17台SS4改型电力机车在朔黄铁路实行长交路、轮乘制后。机车利用率高。人员紧，机车运用保养难度大的实际情况下，提出有效的措施提高机车运用保养质量。

The SuoHuang Transport Company of the First Bureau of China Railway applied seventeen modified SS4 type electric locomotives to the SuoHuang Railway to improve the system of long cross distance and cross-taken. Facing the actual situation of low rate of locomotive utilization, less persons and the difficulty of locomotive maintenance, this paper provides effective measures to improve the qualify of locomotive maintenance.
