摘要
介绍液压翻转犁的翻转机构与工作原理,对其翻转过程中3个阶段的运动状态和受力情况进行分析,确定影响翻转犁作业时翻转速度的主要因素,并提出可通过增加回油阻力F和减小犁梁在垂直位置时的角速度ω来控制翻转速度。
This paper introduced the turnover mechanism and principle of hydraulic turnover plow, specifically analyzed the movement state and force condition in the 3 stages of plow reversal, and the main factors which effect turnover speed during plow operation were determined as well. At last, the methods to control turnover speed including increasing oil return resistance F and reducing angle speed ω in upright place of plough beam was put forward.
